B. Put your cellphone in the middle of the panel to avoid blurred image or eyes tiredness(align the split line of split screen with the middle line of VR’s glasses tubes), plug the headphones;
C. Put VR on head and adjust wear band, headphones to find a best comfortable place to fix, so that it will keep the VR on place well;

E. Also, eyes take some time to get used to it after wore on, pls allow some time for it;
